HOW TO EXPORT STORYBOARDS

Exporting storyboards is fast and easy. You can export your entire script, individual scenes, or even just a single shot.

From the Scene Menu, press the ellipsis icon to get to the Project Menu.

Press Export.
Press Export.
Choose among 6 different storyboard layouts. Decide the image format and whether to show markup. Press the Export button to export select scenes or shots. If you choose MP4 your storyboard will be exported as a movie, with each shot lasting as long as the “Shot length” field specifies in each shot’s info screen. (Tap the text below a shot in the Canvas to jump to this screen quickly.)

Note, if you’re on an older device and exporting a large number of shots the OS can shut the app down. A simple solution is to export in smaller batches. For the best experience we recommend a minimum of 4GB device. Check your device specs, or see here.
